Over 22 years front line experience within the travel and hospitality industry, Diane has been responsible for recruiting, training, and empowering employees to reach their full potential. Her particular approach to business has meant inspiring them with her own work ethic and commitment to positive success within their lives.

Previously “Manager Employee Engagement American Express Japan Asia and Pacific”, Diane was passionate about outstanding Customer Service and Personal and Professional Development from entry level roles to Senior Management. Her actual “territory” saw her working with employees based not only around Australia but also in New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, India, Taiwan, Thailand and Japan.

Successfully nominated twice for two different “American Express Chairman’s Award for Quality Projects” – Diane was also inducted into the American Express International Hall of Fame in 2002. This Award is one of the most prestigious awards possible.

More recently Diane also enjoyed 18 months with a boutique recruitment agency – inPlace Recruitment Sydney. Recruiting within the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industries, her clients clearly benefited with outstanding and original resumes, together with professional advice on interview behaviour and skills.

Diane lives and works on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
